What you'll build
In this role you will support the SAP GS2 Governance Office in building and maintaining the knowledge infrastructure that underpins strategic decision-making across the team. You will design and implement data architectures, automate information workflows, and develop dashboards that turn complex data into actionable insight for senior leadership.
- Design and implement scalable data and information architectures on Microsoft SharePoint and related platforms
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate, including error handling and REST API integration
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and/or Python-based frameworks
- Create and maintain structured data models in Microsoft Lists and Excel, including pivot tables and advanced analysis
- Write Python scripts for data processing, automation, and integration with existing data workflows
- Support knowledge management, research synthesis, and the preparation of materials for executive audiences
- Contribute to information governance, data quality management, and content lifecycle processes
What you bring
- Graduate of a university or university of applied sciences. Preferred fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Political Science, International Relations, or related disciplines.
- Preferably background in a think tank, research institute, policy organization, consulting firm, or strategy function.
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge management, research, policy analysis, consulting, strategy, or related fields.
- Data quality management, validation, and lifecycle/access management principles.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft SharePoint Online (advanced), including permission models, inheritance concepts, and item-level security; Microsoft Lists: data modeling and permission management; Python for data processing, automation, and integration with data workflows; Dashboard development using Power BI and/or Python-based visualization frameworks.
