About the team:

Step into the world of enterprise technology and customer engagement! As a working student in the Customer Information Security Advisory team, you’ll be part of a fast-paced environment where your contributions help shape how SAP supports its customers across the globe. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer-facing activities while building expertise in security, compliance and contract management.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Global Security & Cloud Compliance’s Customer Office, iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Customer Information Security Advisor

Work Area: Corporate Operations

Expected start date: September, 01, 2025

Team’s Main Goals

• Support customer queries across the entire SAP product portfolio, with a focus on security-related topics.

• Gain expertise in how SAP meets its customers’ regulatory requirements, including audits and security assessments.

• Ensure timely responses to customer quotes and contract-related questions, helping maintain trust and transparency

What You’ll Learn

• How SAP addresses global security and compliance challenges

• The inner workings of customer advisory and presales processes

• Professional skills in stakeholder communication, solution positioning, and customer engagement

• Exposure to SAP’s cloud portfolio and enterprise software landscap

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Enrolled student in Business, IT, Law or a related field

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented mindset with ability to work independently

• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)

• Interest in cybersecurity, compliance and enterprise applications

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools

• Working from an SAP office is required 3 days a week

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
