Senior Social Media and Community Manager (f/m/x)

Your Task

  • You build and develop together with the Brand team and Performance Marketing team a social media strategy (non-paid/paid), based on our roadmaps and aligned with our business goals
  • You oversee social media accounts’ design and produce proactively
  • You build from our Brand Guidelines the TOV for social media and act as our voice on social network
  • You communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • You plan, create and publish original and high-quality content on our various social media channels
  • You understand our customers’ behavior and constantly optimize our content
  • You will work closely together with the Copywriters and Designers from our Creative Studio, Product Marketing, Performance Marketing and other teams
  • You take over our community management, communicate directly with our customers and respond to concerns, comments and feedback
  • You contribute to the conceptualization of Performance Marketing measures and implement them
  • You measure relevant metrics and track the performance of various social media marketing measures

Your Profile

  • You have business-level German to speak to our mostly German-speaking clientele, you are fluent in English, our internal working language
  • You have 4-6 years of professional experience in online marketing or social media marketing in the SaaS, agency and/or startup environment
  • You love numbers and learning from KPIs, but on the other hand you have a great understanding of design. Aesthetic is a must-have for you
  • You have already successfully set up and continuously optimized social media strategies
  • You are confident in using various social media marketing tools
  • You have excellent copywriting skills that take into account brand tonality and an adapted target group approach
  • You like to research new trends and working analytically
