AI Motion & Video Expert (all genders)

Role As our AI Motion & Video Expert, you will shape the next generation of fashion storytelling by embedding generative AI into content workflows, developing scalable high‑impact video solutions for campaigns, platforms and social formats. Responsibilities - AI‑Powered Video Development: plan and create video content using generative AI tools (text‑to‑video, image‑to‑video), build flexible workflows, stay updated on AI model releases and share insights. - Motion Design & Visual Quality: design animated transitions and branded elements, combine AI‑generated content with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, create reusable motion templates. - Tech Support & Workflow Improvement: set up and automate AI‑based video workflows, evaluate tools, collaborate with AI Artists and creative teams, provide training, workshops and 1:1 support, train and fine‑tune AI models for reliable, scalable output. Qualifications - Proven experience developing AI solutions in motion graphics, video editing or VFX with a strong portfolio. - Up‑to‑date expertise in the Google AI ecosystem (Veo, Veo 3, Imagen, Gemini). - Sharp prompt‑engineering skills. - Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop). - Tool‑agnostic mindset and strong problem‑solving ability. - Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. - Creative curiosity and drive for innovation. - Preferably experience with fashion or lifestyle brands and e‑commerce visual language. - Nice to have: experience with ComfyUI or similar node‑based AI video systems, training custom LoRAs, batch production at scale, interest in virtual try‑ons or AI‑powered fashion clips.
