Role: Principal Product Designer (Loyalty Design Team) Responsibilities: - Define the North Star Vision: Shape the strategic UX and visual direction for the loyalty ecosystem, translating business goals into design visions. - Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Brand leadership to bridge business strategy and customer experience. - Master Complex Systems & Gamification: Design intuitive, gamified systems (missions, tiers) integrated into the customer journey. - Scale the Craft: Define visual principles, motion frameworks, and interaction standards to evolve the design system. - Innovate & Experiment: Lead design sprints, frame problem spaces, and use rapid prototyping to test new concepts. - Elevate the Community: Mentor senior designers, lead design critiques, and contribute to the broader design organization. Qualifications: - Proven track record of architecting visually rich, customer-facing digital products. - Elite aesthetic sensibility with deep understanding of hierarchy, typography, color, and layout. - Experience bridging brand identity with product utility. - Hands-on experience with advanced prototyping and design systems. - Strong communication skills to align stakeholders around a shared vision. - Growth mindset with experience in A/B testing, product analytics, and user research. - Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design. - Natural mentorship ability to raise the quality bar for the team.
