We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you'll build:
Ready to design at the top?
We’re seeking a creative powerhouse to shape the visual voice of our CEO, CFO, and COO—and by extension, SAP itself. If you excel at transforming complex IT concepts into compelling keynote experiences, dynamic PowerPoint animations, and powerful visual stories, this is your moment to shine.
What you’ll do:
- Keynote & PowerPoint Design: Own the design and animation of executive presentations—from concept to polished, show-ready moments on global stages like Sapphire.
- Complex IT Visualizations: Translate abstract technologies and strategies into engaging visuals—infographics, diagrams, and animated sequences that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Executive Communications: Create striking visual assets for social media, videos, and other creative materials that amplify our leaders’ voices.
- Creative Collaboration: Work directly with top executives and a team of inspiring creatives to elevate storytelling and design impact.
What we offer:
- The opportunity to shape the visual identity of SAP’s executive leadership.
- High visibility of your work on global stages and digital platforms.
- Collaboration with inspiring leaders and a passionate creative team.
- A culture where design and storytelling drive real impact.
What you bring:
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in keynote and PowerPoint design, with a focus on animation and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong ability to simplify and visualize complex content; experience in the software industry is a plus.
- Understanding of stage presence and how visuals enhance live keynote moments.
- A sharp eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Creative energy, conceptual strength, and a drive to push boundaries.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive under deadlines.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Experience:
- Several years in design (agency, in-house, or freelance).
- A portfolio that impresses—especially with executive or event-related work.
- Experience in fast-paced, global environments is a plus.
Where you belong:
The Corporate and Finance Communications, News, and Multimedia team is a versatile group that promotes thought leadership within SAP and beyond. We support the CEO, CFO, COO, and CMO in their communications, building their personal brand profiles in alignment with SAP’s corporate strategy. Our work includes keynotes, speeches, social media, presentations, media interviews, and more—delivering targeted visual content and consistent strategic messaging.
