Working Student (f/m/d) - UX Visual Design

What you'll build

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand the needs, motivations, and workflows of a wide range of users
• Collaborating with team members to brainstorm and develop concepts aimed at simplifying the understanding and usability of complex content architecture for end users
• Assist in developing user interface designs that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for usability
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members
• Create visual designs that adhere to brand standards and guidelines
• Help maintain and update the organization's design documentation and visual assets, including logos, images, and templates, to ensure consistency across all communication channels
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in user experience design, communication design, media design, human-computer interaction, psychology or a related field
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills and experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German language is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and visit the office on a recurring basis
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
