Working Student (f/m/d): SIX Design & Piloting

What you'll do

You will join a team of designers that consist of people with a great variety of expertise. We are researchers, UX designers, UX consultants, visual designers, video editors and 3D/motion designers. Our mission is to create business applications and experiences that make SAP software tangible and help our employees to communicate SAP’s strategy and product innovations in a cohesive and engaging way.

Tasks

• Collect reference materials, competitor benchmarks, and mood board examples to support brainstorming sessions.
• Research trends in brand experiences, design to inform concept development.
• Assist in creating draft visuals, mockups, and design assets under guidance from the senior.
• Adapt existing creative concepts to different formats and sizes (e.g., resizing for digital/print, preparing files for social media or presentations).
• Check consistency of materials (color codes, typography, logo use, imagery).
• Help organize project documentation, meeting notes, and timelines.
• Assist in coordinating with internal teams or external agencies by sharing files and following up on action items.
• Shadow senior designers during concept development, client pitches, or feedback rounds.

What you bring

• Enrolled (f/m/d) in a university or a university of applied science
• Preferred fields of study: Integrated Design, Communication Design, Digital Media, Animation Design or similar design related studies
• Hard Skills: Proficient with design Tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Blender for 3D design would be a plus
• Language skills: fluent in English, German would be beneficial
• Soft skills: Team Player, curious, highly engaged, very organized and able to communicate professionally.
• Experience working self-reliantly and collaboratively.
• A meaningful portfolio that showcases your skills in past projects (attached to your application or provided as weblink)

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
