Role ---- Employee (all genders) in part‑time (15 h or 20 h per week) for Zalando Outlet’s Fashion Service team, responsible for delivering an excellent in‑store shopping experience. Responsibilities ---------------- - Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly assistance. - Maintain a well‑stocked, attractive store floor and fitting rooms. - Handle all cash‑register operations efficiently and professionally. - Process complaints and returns quickly. - Support teammates and ensure a positive atmosphere. - Represent Zalando’s sustainability goals.
