Working Student (f/m/d) - Global Enterprise Architecture - Focus Area: Internal Communications

What you'll build
1. Individual Communications & Newsletters:
- Regularly take care of the team inbox and ensure that the incoming mails get processed and answered with the whole team
- Prepare mass mailings (like monthly newsletters) incl. surveys together with the experts
- Ensure high-quality communication materials (in various formats incl. PowerPoint)
2. Enablement Videos with Synthesia
- Create engaging and informative enablement videos using Synthesia software to support the onboarding and continuous learning of our 800+ colleagues
- Script, edit, and produce video content, incorporating feedback to enhance the learning experience and ensure alignment with educational goals
- Manage video library updates and ensure accessibility for team members
3. SharePoint Management:
- Regularly update the internal SharePoint site on the Enterprise Architect for RISE role to ensure all team members have access to the latest materials, videos, and project updates
- Organize and maintain content within SharePoint, ensuring easy navigation and retrieval of information by team members
- Collaborate with IT and administrative staff to troubleshoot any technical issues related to SharePoint accessibility or functionality
2. Miscellaneous (on demand basis):
- Create and design impactful presentation slides to communicate business concepts, KPIs, and reporting insights
- Support the team lead in preparation as well as follow ups reg. team meetings
- Keep the shared team folder tidy and easy to access
- Support the other working students (f/m/d)
What you bring
- You are a registered student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer science, business administration, or a related field to the focus area
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably German
- Soft skills: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and engage with new challenges; genuine interest in building transparent, two-way communication that deepens employee engagement; clear, concise writing and storytelling
- Others: Skills relevant to the outlined activities (i.e. project management, educational content creation, ...) and tools above (i.e. Jira, Mural, video production tools like Synthesia, ...), is a plus
Where you belong
The three Working Students (f/m/d) within Global Enterprise Architecture team (each with a different focus area), will work in a very motivated global team. The global EA team is responsible to develop the customer-facing EA role in it's different engagement models (incl. deliverables, supporting materials, ...). Additionally, the global EA team takes ownership for Internal Communications, Enabling the EAs in the field, Deliver Expert Guidance, Support Adhoc Requests and much more. The three working students (f/m/d) will play an essential role in supporting the team within their focus area. This position is ideal for a proactive student (f/m/d) seeking to gain hands‑on experience in enabling and supporting business roles within a dynamic, globally‑oriented team.
