What you’ll do
1. Execution of SOX Controls:
- Collaborate efficiently with the EA Compliance Manager, Regional Compliance Experts as well as Internal Audit teams
- Accurately execute the defined Standard Operating Procedures on executing the monthly and quarterly SOX Controls for the EA function
- Prepare the monthly management report on SOX Compliance Status
- Support the EA Compliance Manager in improving the Compliance Operations
2. EA Reporting:
- Develop and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, and relevant KPIs
- Support to streamline reporting requirements
- Support the Global EA team with data and visualization needs
Miscellaneous (on demand basis):
- Create and design impactful presentation slides to communicate business concepts, KPIs, and reporting insights
- Support the team lead in preparation as well as follow ups reg. Team Meetings
- Keep the shared team folder tidy and easy to access
- Support the other working students
- Location can be any SAP offices in Germany
What you bring
- You are a registered student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer science, business administration, or a related field to the focus area
- Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably German
- Soft skills: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and engage with new challenges
- Others: Skills relevant to the outlined activities (e.g. project management, educational content creation, …) and tools above (e.g. Jira, Mural, video production tools like Synthesia, …) is a plus
Where you belong
The three Working Students within Global Enterprise Architecture team (each with a different focus area), will work in a very motivated global team. The global EA team is responsible to develop the customer‑facing EA role in its different engagement models (incl. deliverables, supporting materials, …). Additionally, the global EA team takes ownership for Internal Communications, Enabling the EAs in the field, Deliver Expert Guidance, Support Adhoc Requests and much more. The three working students will play an essential role in supporting the team within their focus area. This position is ideal for a proactive student seeking to gain hands‑on experience in enabling and supporting business roles within a dynamic, globally‑oriented team.
