What you'll do

• Content Creation: Craft engaging articles and social media posts based on information provided by colleagues to elevate SAP Sovereign Cloud's visibility and impact at events
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Gather key performance indicators for each event, including customer attendance numbers, session counts, and social media impressions. Assist the team in preparing reports based on these metrics to assess event success and impact
• Event Showcase Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of a SharePoint site dedicated to highlighting events where SAP Sovereign Cloud is present. This includes uploading event images, embedding links to social media content, and listing key agenda points
• Event Operational Support: Support with operational tasks surrounding events, such as preparing briefing documents for speakers, to ensure the team is well-equipped and well-informed
• Support maintenance and optimization of Asset Governance: Evaluate the current storage system for slide decks and identify areas for harmonization and improvement. Support regular update cycles and make formatting and design improvements to slides as needed

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) with preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, ideally with a pre-degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Self-driven and highly motivated team player with an open and flexible personality and willingness to learn
• Reliable in delivering results with high quality and attention to detail
• Systematic and effective working style
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and social media platforms
• Occasional working from Berlin is a plus
