【Japanese Speaker】Semiconductor Test Equipment / Account Manager (m/f/d)

Overview A Japanese automotive-related manufacturing company is seeking a Semiconductor Test Equipment / Account Manager (m/f/d). Responsibilities Account management for semiconductor test equipment products and technology in the European region and promotion of related development projects. This is a technically oriented sales role that supports customers on-site, rather than a purely numbers- and schedule-driven sales role. e.g.) Technical roadmap meetings, Quarterly business reviews, RFQ discussions, Failure analysis reports and so on. Requirements - Education: University graduate or above (Technical background—mechanical or electrical engineering preferred) - Language Skills: English (business level or higher), Japanese (conversational level or higher). *Ability to prepare technical reports, customer presentations, and business proposals in both languages. Required Skills - Experience in the semiconductor industry (sales or engineering roles acceptable) - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles within the semiconductor, electronics, or related technical industries. - Experience managing technical projects involving multiple stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal engineering teams. - Intercultural Communication (Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments across Europe and Asia) Work History Candidates with low job-change frequency preferred Personal Qualities (Important) - Someone who can think logically - Someone who proactively works toward solving problems - Someone with forecasting/actual management & technical sales capability, cheerful, and good at communication - Willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to Japan or Asia.
