A leading Japanese company in the sealing industry is looking for a Product Engineer for the Oil & Gas market near Munich.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical Support: Solve technical problems and optimize product usage.
• Product Implementation: Support the introduction of new products and provide training.
• Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with the research and development team in Japan.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor products.
• Travel: Approximately 50% travel time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Technical Experience: At least 5 years of experience with valve, pump, or sealing product manufacturers.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with customers and teams.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly and effectively resolve technical issues.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the R&D team in Japan.
