One of the world's largest Japanese semiconductor distributors is looking for an Operation Team member junior position(m/f/d) in Munich.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship: provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Placing purchase orders: Creating purchase orders, verifying item details, and sending orders to suppliers
• Supplier Management: Interacting daily with vendors, negotiating prices, and establishing strong relationships
• Inventory Control: Monitoring stock levels, scheduling deliveries, and managing buffer orders/stocks based on customer demand
• ERP/system operation including SAP, Supply Chain Management system, and suppliers’ portal
• Monitor and manage inbound deliveries based on required schedule
• Reporting to the supervisor
• Opportunity for cross department tasks such as digitalization project management, process improvement activities, and others; these topics can be assigned based on the member’s career visions, ability, and motivation

Place of work: Munich Office
3 days/week at the office, 2 days/week Home Office possible after probationary period

Job Requirements

• University degree
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Good user knowledge and experience with SAP and MS Office
• Good manners, confident demeanor, highly motivated, and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken English, German/Japanese/French is a plus
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
