As an intern in the Operations team, your mission will revolve around enabling flawless support and maintaining the highest quality standards across our multi-vendor ecosystem.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Europe’s leading ecosystem for fashion and lifestyle, driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Operations:gather crucial insights into how we operate and improve our industrial support platform. Engage with case work, process design and analytics.
Access Management: managing user credentials (e.g. enable the onboarding of new Specialists by creating accounts), troubleshooting access issues and ensuring access to a multitude of tools & systems.
Quality and Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes, ensuring high-quality standards and optimising partner support.
Knowledge Management:Help in creating and maintaining enablement materials and guides for the Help Center, ensuring our partners have access to the latest information and resources.
You are organised, proactive, independent and attentive to details.
You have strong technical skills and are comfortable working with tools and platforms such as Salesforce and the Google Suite of applications (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides)
You have a strong interest in partner support and operations, with a willingness to learn and grow
You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
