Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with employment contract preparation and document filing
  • Collect and input attendance data for HR records
  • Support expatriate employees with visa and housing documentation
  • Coordinate office services such as cleaning and company vehicle arrangements
  • Manage and update internal regulations and administrative documents

Job Requirements

  • Business-level proficiency in both German and English (Japanese language skills are a plus)
  • Basic administrative skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
