About this role

We help the world run better

At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you’ll build

Make real impact and work on hands‑on projects. As a working student, you’ll contribute to projects that reach SAP Next Gen (students and early talent) across regions and audiences. You will:

  • Plan, track, and execute smaller projects and campaigns end‑to‑end (scope, timelines, owners, risks/issues), keeping project boards and action logs up to date
  • Support dashboard improvement; define and monitor KPIs for reach and engagement
  • Live an AI mindset with piloting simple automations with no/low code and AI tools (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot) to streamline reporting, routing, and approvals
  • Support go‑to‑market stories and enablement content for social media, events, email; use AI to draft copy, summarize research/meetings, and refine messaging

You’ll collaborate with a supportive team, grow your project management and AI skills, and build a portfolio of work used across regions.

What you bring

  • Master student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Project Management, or comparable
  • Project management fundamentals and AI skills such as hands‑on use of AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot/Notion AI)
  • A curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly and effectively
  • A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies, especially artificial intelligence, paired with a results‑oriented approach and the courage to take initiative
  • Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement
  • Working style: organized, detail oriented, proactive, and reliable; capable of working independently and in interdisciplinary teams; continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong English skills written and spoken; German is a plus

Previous work experience as a working student and/or intern as well as working from our office in Walldorf or Munich once a week is required.

Where you belong

You will be part of SAP Next Gen. We are the #1 destination for students and early talent empowering and nurturing them through a connected, end‑to‑end experience that builds SAP’s future.

Our mission is to drive the end‑to‑end experience of SAP Next Gen. We discover, develop, and inspire students and early talent through continuous learning, innovative experiences, and a culture of individual growth that transforms potential into real‑world impact.
