What you'll build
As a working student (f/m/d) in the global P&C Business Partner team for the Board Area Customer Value Group your main tasks will be to:
- Actively support the P&C Business Partner & PMO in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks (e. g. organizational changes) and the execution of core HR processes (e. g. talent management processes, employee surveys)
- Pull and analyze HR reports to different KPIs (e. g. career level or regional distribution)
- Be actively involved in project work (e. g. reorganizations)
- Assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops
- Research and various strategic HR topics (e.g. organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of HR)
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: HR, business administration, psychology or related
- Computer skills: Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word
- Language skills: Excellent written and spoken business communication skills in English and German
- Soft skills: Excellent planning and self-organizing skills, ability to pick up information fast, work Independently and solution oriented, strong analytical skills, detail orientation
