LOCATION: Dusseldorf – (1–2 times per month); occasional international travel

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for providing technical support and application engineering services for industrial equipment in collaboration with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Consult with customers to understand requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD
Create technical documentation, including specifications
Perform performance calculations to ensure compliance with customer requirements and testing standards
Coordinate product specifications with factories in Japan, the USA, and China
Provide technical support to distributors and internal teams
Support sales activities with technical expertise
Assist with equipment commissioning and modifications when required

Ideal Candidate

Required

Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or similar)
Experience in application engineering, service engineering, or technical support
Experience using CAD (2D/3D)
Business-level English
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
