CRM Dynamics Software Solutions Consultant

An international software company is seeking a technically skilled Technical Sales / Solutions Consultant professional to join its international team.

The role is suited to a professional with a background in software development or engineering who can leverage their technical knowledge, particularly in JavaScript and .NET environments, to understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions.

You will work closely with software developers, system engineers, IT departments and business stakeholders across Europe and the Middle East, providing technical consultation, solution proposals, and customer-facing support.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand customer technical requirements and business challenges and propose appropriate software solutions
• Engage with software developers, engineers and IT decision-makers to explain product functionality, technical advantages, use cases, and integration possibilities
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept support
• Build long-term relationships with software development companies, financial institutions, SaaS providers, AI companies, and enterprise IT departments
• Work with technology partners and solution providers on customer proposals, demonstrations, and technical discussions
• Identify new business opportunities through customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and developer communities
• Work closely with product development, engineering, customer support, and international teams to communicate customer feedback and improve product value
• Support marketing initiatives, technical content, webinars, exhibitions, and developer-focused activities
• Participate in customer meetings, industry events and business trips across Europe and the Middle East

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of experience in software development, software engineering, technical consulting or technical pre-sales
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Solid understanding of software development environments, particularly JavaScript and/or .NET
• Experience communicating technical concepts and proposing software solutions to customers or business stakeholders
• Experience with corporate software applications, development tools, or enterprise IT solutions
• Strong interest in customer-facing technical roles and the ability to bridge engineering and business
• Fluent English
• Additional European language skills such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish would be highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment

Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft technologies, enterprise software, SaaS, or developer tools
• Previous experience in technical sales, pre-sales consulting, solution engineering, or partner technical support
• Experience conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, or proof-of-concept activities
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies
• Experience working with international customers, partners or multinational organisations
