COMPANY OVERVIEW
The company is responsible for the overall IT department of a major Japanese food manufacturer with global operations. They provide services using IT technology, focusing on the construction of infrastructure environments for bases located in various countries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- OnPremise / Cloud (Azure) Windows Server Management, Operation, Upkeep and Maintenance
- Windows Server optimization and automation
- Windows Server security measures, monitoring and documentation
- Planning, quoting, purchasing, installation, and management of equipment and license purchases (with Vendor Control)
- End User maintenance and support
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Windows Server management, operation and maintenance in On Premise and cloud (Azure) environments
- Windows Server optimization and automation
- Windows Server security, monitoring and documentation
- Planning of hardware and license purchases, obtaining quotations, purchase and implementation, management (incl. vendor control)
- End user support operations
＜COMPETENCY (“Must”)＞
- Extensive experience in Windows Server system administration (On Premise as well as Cloud environments)
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for system administration and workflow automation
- Work experience with Hyper-V and/or VMware
- Experience in building and managing environments with multiple RDP and Active Directory Servers
- Experience in GPO operations
＜COMPETENCY (“Nice to have”)＞
- Knowledge of Linux servers
- Knowledge of MS SQL DB
