Risk & Compliance Management Expert (w/m/d)

The Role

As a Risk & Compliance Management Expert in the Delos Cloud GRC team, you help us operating and continuously improving our enterprise risk management and working on further GRC topics, such as the internal control system and our central requirements register. In this role, you also act as an interface to information security and IT security as well as our Enterprise Service Management and work closely with all departments on risk and compliance topics. Information security and compliance are an essential part of our products.

What you'll do

• Operation and development of our comprehensive enterprise risk management
• Conduct risk analyses and assessments, as well as derive and track mitigation measures
• Guide and support departments in identifying risks and implementing measures
• Maintain and develop our guidelines, policies, and other governing documents, as well as our internal control system
• Assist in the maintenance of the requirements register as well as the multi-compliance framework, and associated processes within the overarching management system landscape as part of our GRC strategy
• Support of internal and external audits and assessments
• Monitor and analyze developments in legal and regulatory requirements and relevant standards, and deriving necessary measures
• Prepare and submit risk reports and notifications to senior management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders

What you bring

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in a GRC or ISMS environment
• Excellent knowledge of enterprise risk management as well as information security risk management
• Extensive experience in conducting risk analyses and risk assessments
• Knowledge of important regulatory requirements relevant to our industry such as KRITIS, NIS-2, or DORA
• Knowledge of information security standards such as e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, IT-Grundschutz and C5
• Long-term experience in at least one of the following additional areas: Development and maintenance of compliance frameworks, requirement registers, and internal control systems; Conducting internal and external audits; Development and maintenance of policies

Soft Skills

• Independent working style, strongly developed analytical skills, and a structured as well as extremely thorough way of working
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to work in a team
• Fluent in German and English language, both spoken and written
