Senior Full-Stack Engineer (f/m/d)

What you’ll do

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with an AI-native mindset, you will turn high-level product concepts into working prototypes that demonstrate real user value. You’ll actively leverage modern AI tooling to maximize speed, insight, and quality in the prototyping process.

What you bring

We are looking for someone with:

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Demonstrated full-stack capability: you’re comfortable building an API layer, wiring data storage, and creating usable React frontends
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on user/stakeholder feedback
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in the development workflow, for example Claude Code, Codex, as well as context engineering
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in English: ability to explain trade-offs, surface risks early, and share insights clearly with non-engineers
• Experience mentoring and leading junior developers in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
• Willingness and ability to share and defend non-trivial code and AI-assisted workflows from past projects during the interview process
• Portfolio evidence: GitHub or equivalent repositories showing code you’ve written (language mix welcome), prototypes, or demo videos. Please include links.
• German is a plus, not required.

Preferred qualifications

The following experience would be a plus:

• Interest or background in Business Process Management, Process Mining, or related fields
• Entrepreneurial mindset or experience working in startup environments
• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
