About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving adoption, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction for SAP’s cutting‑edge cloud database products. You’ll collaborate with engineering, customer success, marketing, and partners to deliver innovative solutions that open new markets and create real business value. Your strategic insights and hands‑on approach will help us stay ahead in a competitive landscape, while your leadership will foster a thriving partner ecosystem and ensure our customers’ ongoing success.

Your Impact

• Shape and execute product strategy to maximize adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Lead initiatives to gather customer feedback, respond to queries, and engage with our user community.
• Develop technical assets, whitepapers, and sample programs to showcase new technologies.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, webcasts, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with partners to drive organic growth.
• Plan and execute large‑scale customer awareness campaigns to boost product visibility and engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competition to inform long‑term product roadmaps.

What You Bring

Technical Acumen:

• Solid experience with database technologies & cloud services.
• Familiarity with SAP’s cloud database and analytics portfolio, including SAP HANA Cloud, SAP HANA, SAP ASE, and SAP IQ.
• Understanding of the database, data management, and analytics market and ecosystem.

Leadership & Collaboration:

• Strategic thinking with a proactive, adaptable and empathic mindset.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C‑suite.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing, self‑organized team.
• Experience driving initiatives and delivering results in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Fosters collaboration and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Build a strong network to support shared success.

• High level of self‑motivation and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required.
• Fluent in English.
• 5+ years in product or solution management, marketing, or customer‑facing roles within the database, data management, or analytics space—ideally with SAP HANA, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
