JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for creating projects related to Smart Factory, IoT, factory MES systems and related solutions for major Japanese clients.
You will discover and analyze DX pain points not only for CIOs, but also for factory managers and LOBs on the factory floor, and formulate IT projects while leveraging internal resources.

The outsourcing contract allows you to work from any location, as long as you live in Germany.(Business trips to Poland and Hungary are required about twice a month.)
If you perform well in the first six months, there is a possibility to extend the contract or switch to permanent employment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
COMPETENCY (“Must”) *Must meet all of the following requirements
- Bachelor degree or higher
- At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry as a Sales representative or Consultant to the manufacturing industry.
Particular preference will be given to candidates with the following experience
- IT implementation in factories and warehouses (Smart factory/IoT)
- IT/OT connectivity and OT security, DX pain point analysis for customer factories and warehouses
- Experience in developing DX demand hypotheses for Japanese manufacturing clients, forming IT case studies through conversations with customers, and leveraging internal resources to close the deal.
Business level English proficiency

Experience in solution sales rather than single product
