What you'll do

We would like to integrate motivated students into our team by focusing on their further development. The benefit you will get is to gain insights at the heart of SAP´s Cloud Strategy and being part of the integral part of Demand and Supply Planning activities.

As a working student (f/m/d) in our team, you can work on:

  • Creating presentations and decision papers for management
  • Being in touch with other teams and areas within Global Cloud Infrastructure Services and the company
  • Support in tracking and handling of infrastructure requests
  • Preparation and presentation of reporting and execution tasks for the team and management
  • Getting in touch with data mining challenges
  • Project management support, like action item tracking and project plan maintenance
  • Process description, documentation, and rollout support

A minimum employment duration of 6 months is preferred.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Economics, business administration, computer sciences or others
  • Computer skills: Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, Experience with SAP systems and Jira as a plus
  • Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
  • Soft skills: High degree of initiative, good communication and teamwork skills
  • Others: Previous experience with cloud infrastructure as a plus

Meet your team

We are looking for a working student (f/m/d) to support the daily tasks of the Demand & Capacity Management team. This team (located in Germany), which consists of 7 colleagues, is responsible so support the internal Lines of Business for all SAP Cloud Infrastructure elements of our Service Portfolio from a business perspective. Furthermore, the team is heavily involved in driving strategic internal projects to reduce infrastructure costs and optimize utilization rates.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
