What you'll build
- Research, design, and validate automation solutions for the team
- Apply and leverage AI and automation tools in practical scenarios
- Collaborate with colleagues on processes, requirements, and feedback
- Develop prototypes, gather user feedback, and iteratively refine use cases
- Regularly align with the SCI AI Lead on topics such as AI use cases, legal considerations, tools, and technical aspects
- Participate in AI community calls and knowledge exchange sessions
- Prepare and deliver enablement sessions for team members
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Computer Science / Informatics
- Computer skills / Programming languages: First experiences in Claude, Power Automate, and Microsoft Copilot would be a big plus
- Language skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in German & English
- A strong passion for solving business challenges using AI and automation
- A proactive mindset to independently design and develop prototypes and use cases
Where you belong
The Strategic Customer Innovation (SCI) unit manages both collaboration councils on highly innovative topics and engages with strategic customers. We are part of the SAP development unit and act as the voice of the customers for Cloud ERP.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
