What you'll build
We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) who would like to be part of a large IT transformational project to harmonize SAP Customer Service Support. You will support the project team in refining standard processes and tools for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) by:
- Creating and maintaining work instructions and enablement materials to drive process and ServiceNow adoption
- Supporting project management by advising on cross-topics, ServiceNow usage, and end-user feedback
- Consolidating backlogs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring efficient project execution
- Leveraging AI tools to streamline content drafting and proofreading, while proactively identifying new opportunities and use cases for AI integration
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) preferred in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field with at least 3 semesters remaining until graduation
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint. Bonus points for experience with AI tools, markup languages, scripting, or version control
- Language skills: Fluent in English with intermediate German proficiency
- Soft skills: Attention to detail, willingness to learn, work independently and in a proactive way
- Basic understanding of IT Service and Operations Management (ITSM/ ITOM) processes
Where you belong
The Service Management Processes & Solutions team is driving a global IT project aimed at simplifying and harmonizing business processes, as well as integrating a new ITSM system across the entire SAP landscape. You will work directly with the project team and will be assigned to one or more processes. This position will provide you:
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing global IT projects
- In-depth knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow
- Exposure to the SAP Generative AI Experience Lab
