What you'll do

The working student will support the LSESS Team in day to day business, primarily assisting in:

  • Answering and forwarding questions from our partners and customers about their certifications via ESM and first level support in certification matters
  • Issuing and checking digital badges on Credly
  • Updating SAP’s current certification list
  • Assisting with ad hoc requests, such as project support, creating documentation on processes etc.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Computer skills: Professional user of MS Office (Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Language skills: English fluent, German is a plus
  • Soft skills: Team player, Social Competency, Trustworthiness (sensitive data)
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work in teams of multicultural nature
  • At least 2 semesters of studies left till graduation
  • Students from Walldorf area wanted, working from Walldorf office is required
