What you'll do
We are looking for a proactive Working Student to support our Project Management team. In this role, you will be at the heart of strategic initiatives, helping to shape executive-level presentations, maintain clear documentation, and capture the development of key architectures. This is an opportunity to gain unique insights into how projects are run in a global organization and to develop skills that will serve you in any career path.
Your future tasks include, but may not be limited to:
- Presentation Design: Create and refine PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate project updates, results, and strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Documentation: Support the organization and maintenance of project content, including technical documentation and development practices.
- Coordination: Assist project managers with structuring timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
- Visualization: Transform complex topics into clear, visually compelling slides and diagrams that enable decision-making at the leadership level.
- Knowledge Management: Contribute to central repositories and ensure project materials remain accurate, accessible, and up to date.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather input, align messaging, and prepare high-quality project deliverables.
What you bring
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a university program in business administration, management, computer science or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to create concise, polished presentations and documentation for diverse audiences. Fluent English language in written and verbal communication.
- Technical Interest: Curiosity about development processes and architectures, with the willingness to learn the fundamentals.
- Organization: A structured way of working with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Creativity: An eye for visual storytelling and the ability to make information engaging as well as accurate.
Meet your team
Your future team – Public Cloud Runway – is responsible for the End-to-End solution delivery supporting SAP’s core Sales and Deal execution business processes, closely interacting with SAP’s Sales Business. We act as the business’ trusted advisor and expert, driving together the simplification and evolution of our business processes – always keeping the end user in mind.
As a global team we work in an agile operating model to ensure efficient organization and delivery into 10+ different system landscapes.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
