What you´ll build

• Support PMO activities: Maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, and status reports; coordinate workstreams and follow-ups
• Plan and facilitate team and steering meetings: Agendas, materials, minutes, and action tracking
• Coordinate calendar and scheduling, manage cross-functional stakeholder logistics
• Create clear, executive-ready presentations and reports and orchestrate internal communications (sharepoint/teams spaces, updates, announcements, success stories)
• Assist with data collection and basic analysis to support KPIs and decision-making
• Support workshops, events, and onboarding activities

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, HR/Finance, or related)
• Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
• Skilled in Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with project management basics and tools is a plus
• Interest in analytics and corporate functions (HR and Finance)
• High integrity and confidentiality; proactive, service-oriented mindset
• You are available ASAP, for 6-12 months
• You have the possibility to join us at the office, while home office is an option as well (Hybrid)
• This position can be filled either as a working student (part-time) or internship (full-time)

Where you belong

Join our Corporate Functions Analytics unit and grow with us on our strategy execution journey. In this role, you’ll provide PMO support for strategic initiatives focused on Business Data Cloud and Data Democratization, manage and facilitate team meetings, lead our communications and keep us in check with deadlines. It’s a hands-on opportunity to learn analytics and corporate functions, work closely with senior stakeholders, and build a strong internal network.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
