Your responsibilities

Shape the future: Define and execute a profitable, customer-driven strategy for the plant.
Lead and inspire: Manage and develop a strong leadership team (8 direct reports) in Sales, Quality, Supply Chain, Technology Innovation, Plant Management, Project Management and OSH.
Drive growth: Strengthen customer relationships and expand business opportunities in a dynamic environment.
Transform and improve: Lead the plant through change to achieve efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability.
Collaborate internationally: Work in close cooperation with our plants in Brazil, Hungary, Germany and China, and report directly to the CEO of the Business Unit Springs & Stabilizers.

Your profile

Several years of senior leadership experience as CEO, General Manager, or comparable executive role ideally in the automotive or supplier industry.
Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills and clear customer orientation.
Proven experience in international management, ideally bridging Mexican and German business environments.
Deep understanding of the Mexican market and business culture combined with experience in working with German corporate structures.
Track record in transformation and turnaround situations (profitability, efficiency, change management).
You have business-fluent Spanish and English skills, German a plus.
