About this role

Your tasks

During your internship, you will actively support the transformation network by independently creating virtual concepts, posts and management presentations.
You will assist in the development and implementation of various organizational development projects.
In addition, you will be involved in the design of new event formats and collaborative workshop concepts. You will bring your ideas to life - your input will be valued.
Furthermore, you will be responsible for storytelling in presentations and writing for leadership and change communications.
Last but not least, you will continuously develop the tool landscape, especially Microsoft Teams communities and AI guides.

Education: studies in the field of Change Management, Communications, Media Studies, Human Resource Development, Business Administration or comparable
Experience and Knowledge: proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS Teams); knowledge of photo and video editing; ideally experience in change development and communication
Personality and Working Practice: a strong communicator who is creative, committed, team-oriented, proactive, reliable, customer-, results-oriented and tech-savvy
Enthusiasm: affinity for all communication channels and new solutions in the AI toolbox; enjoyment of developing UX-oriented storylines and designs with ideas for impactful, audience-oriented content
Languages: fluent in English, German is an advantage
