DEPARTMENT MANAGER - PRODUCT FOCUS (m/f/d)
In Full-Time for our ZARA Store in Berlin

You turn products into an experience – every single day.

As Department Manager at ZARA, you connect team, product presentation, and processes.
You coordinate implementation and visual standards, analyze KPIs, and take action to achieve sales and budget targets. You plan merchandise flow, collections, and sale areas so that products are presented in line with trends and customer needs.

You know: A successful store thrives where your team lives, understands, and showcases the products with passion, creating a special experience for customers every time.
You lead your team with enthusiasm and a hands-on approach, support management in strategic decisions, and ensure our products are always showcased at their best.
