ABOUT THE TEAM
MP&T (Markets Planning and Trading) is responsible for the commercial strategy, planning and trading for each of our markets. They create localized commercial strategies to enhance the customer experience and improve customer engagement as well as planning and steering commercial investments to drive growth while deepening the relationships with our customers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Director of Markets Planning and Trading, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial performance of the Fashion Store business, with a clear focus on achieving key targets around GMV, Gross Margin, and EBIT. You will be responsible for steering and aligning country-level Retail Management and Commercial Planning teams, while also overseeing Global Planning & Trading and Central Retail and Sales Campaigns. Operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will lead strategic decision-making and manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and markets. You will take the lead in managing large-scale commercial events, such as Cyber Week, ensuring strong planning, flawless execution, and impactful results. Additionally, a key aspect of the role will be building scalable processes and solutions that empower teams to make informed decisions with less operational overhead, thereby increasing efficiency and agility. This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Commercial Planning and Trading, requiring a blend of commercial acumen, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership.
