Knowledge & Training Manager in Article Management (all genders)

Role - Overview: We are looking for a Knowledge & Training Manager to drive improvements for Zalando suppliers when creating and managing article data and to implement operational improvements that lower costs. The role influences a key part of the Zalando platform and contributes to the Article Management strategy. Responsibilities - Critically evaluate and challenge vendor education processes, identifying improvement areas based on common article defects. - Own the preparation and after‑care of vendor education projects to enable more efficient supplier management, managing the process from initial assessment to sustainable operationalisation. - Collaborate with operational teams in Article Management, Partner Tech and other stakeholders to create comprehensive, user‑friendly enablement and process material for internal and external audiences. - Own the development and improvement of the Platform Business Article Management KPI for Article Data Quality. - Manage the article content guidelines exception process and guide partner‑facing teams to resolve onboarding blockers. Qualifications - Proactive and autonomous work style with a strong drive to execute. - Continuous‑improvement mindset. - Knowledge in project management and/or article data management. - Ability to break down complex subjects into manageable solutions. - Strong stakeholder communication skills to drive projects in a timely manner. - Experience working in a tech environment, able to speak business language and understand technical implications, and collaborate with product and process‑excellence teams.
