Principal Strategic Partner Manager - Highstreet (all genders)

Role: - Support the Highstreet Portfolio Leadership team to define and execute partner strategy for key brand partners, providing commercial expertise and leading strategic projects. Responsibilities: - Strategic Execution: develop and execute strategic plans, coordinate partner-focused initiatives cross‑functionally. - Platform Vision: build and drive a partner‑focused platform vision and project landscape. - Stakeholder Management: steer large meetings, maintain networks within partner organizations, collaborate across functions. - Data‑Driven Decision Making: write and present strategic papers and analytical business cases for senior management. - Commercial Financial Planning: support portfolio teams with growth targets, integrate business models, track performance milestones. - Project Leadership: manage end‑to‑end complex partner‑related projects, defining scope, milestones, and delivery. Qualifications: - 6+ years experience in consumer‑oriented commercial, partner‑facing, or highly analytical roles; fashion industry background required (e‑commerce and Kids category a plus). - Proven track record managing cross‑functional projects and steering multiple internal and external stakeholders. - Entrepreneurial mindset, structured working style, resilience. - Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of P&L dynamics in e‑commerce. - Outstanding communication and presentation skills, ability to influence senior management. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
