About the Role

We are looking for a Product Specialist who will concentrate on Planning applications within the SAP Public Cloud Suite. In this pivotal position, you will support the strategy definition for the product and contribute to crafting solutions that boost business outcomes and drive customer adoption. Your proficiency will be vital in fostering innovation within the 'Plan to Execute' subarea, ensuring our solutions consistently address global customer expectations and align with SAP's overarching strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

• Assume leadership as the Public Cloud Product Manager for Planning applications, driving impactful initiatives within a dedicated product team.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers to enhance customer value in the Planning applications domain.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements, converting them into actionable business objectives and strategic imperatives.
• Formulate, document, and corroborate customer-centric concepts and requisites for Planning themes.
• Utilize the HPOM framework to exhibit leadership and strategic acumen

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in product management or project management; a background in development is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding capability to communicate complex concepts and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Language: Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
• Teamwork: Preferably experienced in working within international teams.
• Domain Knowledge: In-depth expertise in Manufacturing, Production Planning, with a robust understanding of production processes.
• Mindset: Innovative, proactive approach with structured thinking, and a strong emphasis on public cloud solutions
