Your tasks:

  • Support the employees during daily business
  • Support and enable the team managers to achieve our business goals
  • Leadership and steady motivation of our teams
  • Independent preparation of project-related content and briefings
  • Further development of process quality
  • Monitoring, reporting and analysis of project-relevant KPIs

What we expect:

  • 2 year experience in leadership
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, specifically minimum C1 English level
  • Knowledge and understanding of the relevant KPIs
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Positive attitude and self-confident appearance
  • Structured and autonomous way of working
  • Ability to resolve conflicts
  • Flexibility in working hours and high resilience to stress
