What you’ll build

We are looking for a SS&D Sovereign Alliances Program Associate (f/m/d) to join our global team. This position is part of the Sovereign Alliances unit within the Sovereign Services & Delivery (SS&D) organization that combines all Sovereign Cloud deliveries at SAP.

SAP Sovereign Services & Delivery (SS&D) is part of Customer Services & Delivery (CS&D) board area and manages end-to-end Sovereign Cloud delivery as well as Government Security fulfilment for SAP. Our vision is to bring out the best in the public sector and regulated industries by unlocking cloud benefits for customers with unique regulatory requirements on data control and digital sovereignty.

Your responsibilities include:

Engagement and Enablement

• Support maintenance and optimization of key customer focusing assets and identify areas for harmonization and improvement. Manage regular update cycles with key stakeholders within and outside of SS&D.
• Supporting the E2E execution plan to link the sovereign cloud messaging to all relevant SAP corporate and product-related messaging.
• Support the development of a SAP Community presence and processes for engaging with partners and customers.
• Understand Sovereign Cloud customer's business, challenges, and industry specifics.
• Regularly report status of engagement deliverables, accomplishments, and value.

Event Strategy and Execution

• Event Showcase Management and operational support: Prepare strategic decision making for events presence, incl. support with operational tasks surrounding events, such as preparing briefing documents for senior management speakers.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Gather key performance indicators for events for positioning of SAP Sovereign Cloud offering and assist in preparing reports on impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Develop close collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (infrastructure operations, sales, regulatory affairs, marketing and operations) to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of key milestones
• Developing and maintaining a strong network within SS&D and with key stakeholder groups.
• Program Management Support: Help drive the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are tracked and met.
• Contribute to executive meetings, provide an overview of the engagement contribution to demonstrate the value delivered.

What you bring

• Graduate (f/m/d) of a university or a university of applied science

• Strong interest in the field of Digital Sovereignty
• Knowledge of the special requirements of the regulated industries and Public Sector for which Sovereign Cloud is relevant is a plus
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-evolving tech environments

• Excellent communication (German and English), coordination, and documentation skills
• Holistic thinker with a highly collaborative attitude and able to build bridges
• A team player with ability to effectively engage with different cultures and people at different organizational levels
