Working Student (f/m/d) - Cloud ERP Private Product Success & project management support

What you'll build

We are looking for a working student who will support various project management activities in the Cloud ERP Private Product Success team.

• Prepare newsletters and status updates
• Create and update MS Powerpoint slide decks, for example with an overview of our team’s activities, onboarding guide for new team members, etc
• Maintain our team’s shared folder (MS SharePoint) and SAP internal website (SAP Build Work Zone)
• Pull reports from SAP internal analytics tools and support analyses in MS Excel
• Support preparation and execution of webinars for SAP customers

What you bring

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.

• You are available and willing to work with us for > 6 months
• Preferred fields of study: Business and/or Business Administration
• Language requirements: Fluent in English, German as a plus
• Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role: Analytical mindset, structured, task and result-oriented, team player, can work in global and multi-culture environment
• Qualifications for the role: Profound skills in Microsoft Office Excel, familiar with PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams
• Onsite attendance is required once a week in Walldorf office

Where you belong

The Cloud ERP Private Product Success team is part of the Product Experience unit in SAP’s Product Engineering board area. We are a global team with the mission to support adoption of our latest product innovations. Our experts support customer implementation projects, we consolidate feedback from those engagements to improve our products, and share our learnings and best practices with the SAP ecosystem.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
