What you'll build

• Gain hands-on experience with core SAP tooling (Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM) and their integration in our agent-led toolchain.
• Support the agent-led toolchain service initiative end-to-end while collaborating with program managers, architects, and fellow students.
• Prepare and moderate monthly community calls (agenda, speakers, facilitation, follow-ups).
• Co-create and share service delivery accelerators (playbooks, templates, runbooks, best practices).
• Develop customer-facing assets and enablement materials (service descriptions, presentations) using AI tools to drive better outcomes.
• Produce management reporting, curate customer references, and maintain content across collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence/SharePoint).
• Automate lightweight administrative processes and build simple dashboards/trackers to improve team efficiency.

What you bring

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university or university or university or university or university of applied sciences; field of study open.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint); able to create clear documents/presentations and manage content in collaboration tools.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Curious, fast learner with interest in agent-led workflows and AI-assisted productivity (drafting, summarization, asset generation).
• Strong soft skills: solution-oriented team player, communicative, proactive, organized, can-do attitude, and sense of humor.
• High attention to detail with a structured, reliable working style and consistent follow-through.
• Familiar with SAP tools (Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM) or motivated to upskill quickly.
