What you'll do

You will join SAP's Product Strategy Office - a central unit of the Strategy & Operation board area. We are responsible for the Product Strategy across all SAP's solution areas in Product & Engineering in a shared ownership with the board area representatives. As part of our team, you can actively contribute to driving change, learn how to execute strategy in a large organization and build a strong network at SAP.

In your new role you will have the opportunity to dive into various topics based on your individual interests and skills. This targets primarily supporting our team in driving key strategic initiatives across the company. Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in research, analysis, and development of strategic documents and assets - ideally with the use of modern AI tooling
• Content management including slide and text reviews, social media posts, slide designs, video editing - ideally with the use of modern AI tooling
• Supporting cross-functional communication, collaborating with different departments including executive communication
• Preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation on executive level
• Helping track project progress and ideating improvement opportunities
• Office assistance for administrative tasks
• Executing small task on your own with guidance form the team

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences for all fields of study (e.g. business administration, information systems, marketing, economics)
• High level of motivation, creativity, self-organization, and open to learn new things
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
• Positive work attitude and a real team player
• Experience with office software
• Readiness for a blend work experience with both virtual and on-site phases
• Availability to grow into your role along your studies for real growth opportunities
