Junior CRM Manager / Lounge by Zalando (all genders)

Role: The Lounge by Zalando is an online outlet for fashion and lifestyle products across 24 European countries, offering daily time‑limited sale campaigns. As a Junior CRM Operations Manager you will execute the customer engagement engine that keeps millions of members connected to these campaigns. Responsibilities: - Own end‑to‑end setup and launch of targeted lifecycle and incentive campaigns across multiple European markets using Braze Canvas. - Configure localized content blocks, copy and images in Contentful to enable automated multi‑channel workflows. - Conduct continuous A/B and multivariate testing to optimise open rates, CTRs and campaign ROI. - Maintain strict QA standards through pre‑deployment checklists and user acceptance testing to ensure 100 % campaign accuracy. - Act as the operational touchpoint for internal commercial teams and external partners to ensure on‑time execution. Qualifications: - 3+ years hands‑on experience in CRM operations, digital marketing or e‑commerce campaign execution. - Practical experience with customer engagement platforms (ideally Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud/HubSpot) and headless CMS (Contentful). - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; Braze certification is a plus. - Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and act on open rates, CTRs and conversion metrics. - Detail‑oriented, customer‑centric and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, automation‑driven environment.
