About this role
Role:
Marketing Lead / Expert for the DK, SE, NO & FI markets (Consumer Marketing) based in Berlin (relocation required).
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute local annual marketing strategy to meet business and growth objectives.
- Bring local voice and market insights to life, driving brand perception and business growth.
- Collaborate with Global and Go‑To‑Market Marketing and cross‑functional Nordic market teams.
- Execute local go‑to‑market tactics and lead creative planning with local agencies.
- Own weekly stand‑up meetings to drive owned, earned and paid initiatives.
- Work closely with Global Marketing, Retail, Commercial Planning, Business Development, PR and Corporate Communications to define audiences and tactics.
- Contribute to global marketing initiatives, plan and execute local campaigns and amplifications.
- Manage regional media budget with the Media Team, measure impact and optimise spend.
- Develop synergies with other Nordic markets, scaling best practices and learnings.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of marketing and commercial experience, preferably in e‑commerce fashion, with a proven track record of driving market share growth.
- Experience in Denmark, Sweden and ideally Norway and Finland; fluent in English, additional Scandinavian language a plus.
- Deep understanding of fashion and e‑commerce environment, market dynamics, competitive landscape and consumer trends.
- Strong experience planning and executing regional/country marketing strategy and audience targeting.
- Data‑driven, analytical mindset with advanced e‑commerce analytics tools.
- Proven budget management and full‑funnel campaign execution; experience working with creative, media and influencer agencies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrix‑structured organization and act as a reliable business partner.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.
- Leadership experience guiding and mentoring teams, fostering inclusive environments.
