About this role
Role:
- Marketing Lead / Expert for the DK, SE, NO & FI markets (Nordic cluster). Based in Berlin with relocation required. Drives consumer marketing, brings local voice and market insights, shapes brand perception and contributes to business growth. Works closely with Global and Go‑To‑Market Marketing and cross‑functional Nordic market teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute local annual marketing strategy to meet business and growth objectives.
- Provide market insights on fashion and e‑commerce trends, dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.
- Execute local go‑to‑market tactics with the Nordic marketing team and local agencies; lead creative planning.
- Own weekly stand‑up meetings for owned, earned, and paid initiatives.
- Collaborate with Global Marketing, Retail, Commercial Planning, Business Development, PR, and Corporate Communications to define audiences and tactics.
- Contribute to global marketing initiatives, plan and execute local campaigns and amplifications.
- Manage regional media budget with the Media Team, measure impact and optimise spend.
- Develop synergies with other Nordic markets, scaling best practices and learnings.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of marketing and commercial experience, preferably in e‑commerce fashion, with a proven track record of driving market‑share growth.
- Experience building and executing marketing strategies in Denmark, Sweden, and ideally Norway and Finland.
- Fluent in English; additional Scandinavian language a plus.
- Strong expertise in regional/country marketing strategy, audience targeting and KPI‑driven approaches.
- Data‑driven, analytical mindset with proficiency in e‑commerce analytics tools.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, full‑funnel campaign execution and working with creative, media and influencer agencies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrix‑structured environment and act as a reliable business partner.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Leadership abilities to guide, mentor team members and foster an inclusive, healthy team culture.
