Lead Creator Manager (all genders)

Role: Lead Creator Manager – lead a team of up to 10 Creator Managers within Zalando’s Creator Management team, shaping and scaling the creator community. Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor and develop Creator Managers, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews. - Oversee project management for local market activations and proposition marketing (beauty, sport, kids). - Manage a multi‑tiered creator ecosystem, defining relationship strategies across creator tiers. - Define and improve core creator management processes and performance frameworks. - Drive operational improvements and innovation, experiment with tools and collaborate with product and tech teams. - Champion the creator experience, gather feedback and launch strategic initiatives. - Lead content strategy and trend forecasting, translate social trends into actionable briefs. - Analyse performance data, run engagement testing and implement process changes. Qualifications: - 7+ years experience in fashion, lifestyle or influencer marketing. - Proven people‑leadership experience in a high‑growth environment. - Deep understanding of the creator economy and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok). - Experience working with product teams on creator tools. - Strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder influence; fluency in English. - Growth mindset and interest in fashion, sport or beauty.
