Working Student (f/m/d) - Comms and Ops for SAP Industries and Solution Experience Technologies

What you'll do

• Support in administrational and operational topics like onboarding/offboarding of students
• Managing and creating communication resources
• Support in communications e.g., organizing internal sessions like knowledge transfer sessions or team meetings
• Support in the creation of power point presentations for relevant team topics
• Support in SharePoint Administration
• Gathering team feedback to improve team processes and communication

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, or any related field
• Computer skills: MS Office [PPT, Excel, Word, etc.]
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus
• Good design skills
• Able to create visually appealing resources
• Very good communication skills
• Basic understanding of IT processes
• Ability to work on ideas independently
• Good presentation skills
• Team player
• Good organizational skill
• Being based in the Walldorf/ Heidelberg/ Mannheim area to be able to occasionally join the team in the office
