In this role, you’ll:
You will be part of the Global Delivery Hub EMEA Data & AI team. As the tasks are many-folded, this is a unique opportunity for an all-rounder to learn about the different facets of running a team with >200 employees and learning about the many aspects of such an organization. As a Communications and Project Management Intern / Diploma Student (f/m/d), you will support the Management Office and our teams located in St. Leon-Rot in creating and designing visually appealing communication assets in alignment with SAP’s overall brand experience. In addition, you will support organizing and running team events, e.g. All Employee Meetings, Virtual Coffee Corner Session and various ad-hoc projects.
In this context, your tasks will include:
- Designing digital internal assets such as banners, email invitations, success stories, etc.
- Update communication assets (e.g. invitations, creating and maintaining Sharepoint sites, etc)
- Supporting the development of content such as blog posts, videos, newsletters, and other storytelling formats
- Schedule, facilitate and document meetings incl. follow-up activities, tracking of action items and organizing next steps
- General organizational tasks
What you bring
We are looking for a reliable, positive, open-minded, and collaborative personality with strong team player skills, who is determined to reach goals in time, can work independently and prioritize.
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred field(s) of study: Media Science, Communications, Marketing or related field
- First experiences in event or project management is a plus
- Very good MS Office skills
- Very good communication skills (e.g. writing/ editing texts, creating websites)
- Creative mindset and eagerness to learn
- Fluent English and language skills - both written and verbal, German is a plus
- Available for at least 12 months, i.e. at least 2 semesters of studies till graduation left
