What you'll do
- As part of the Strategic Programs & Events team in Walldorf, you will work with the team to organize and execute various events. In this context, your tasks will include:
- Support from planning, execution to follow-up activities.
- Project management activities, working closely with the event leads (e.g. reporting, status updates, maintaining lists, tracking milestones, managing budget).
- Schedule, facilitate and document meetings incl. follow-up activities, tracking of action items and organizing next steps.
- Research and propose event formats, event venues, artists, giveaways, etc.
- Create and update communication assets (e.g. invitations, Sharepoint sites, event websites, our own managed Event App).
We live flex work but also value our team spirit a lot and some events need onsite support. That’s why it will be beneficial if you are able to work from the Walldorf office regularly.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, preferred field(s) of study: Media Science, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field
- First experiences in event or project management
- Very good communication skills (e.g. writing/ editing texts, creating websites)
- Creative mindset and drive to bring in and execute new ideas
- Eager to learn new things on the job
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments
- Very good MS Office skills
- Fluent English and German language skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to come to our Walldorf office
- Ability to support 20 hours per week (option to increase hours during the semester break)

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
